LASOONI MURG TIKKA         Cubes of chicken breast marinated with chef special spices, cashewnut paste, garlic and white pepper.Slowely cooked in a fire-lit clay oven to retain flavor of spice.Served with salad and mint yoghurt.                                                                                                                      

 
   

BARBEQUE BEEF                    Fillet of beef cubed and marinated in Lemon juice, Ginger, Green Chillies and Barbeque Sauce to give a smoky aroma with a kick. Served with mixed leaf salad.

CHILLY FISH FRY                  Cubes of fish seasoned with Mem-saab Spices and pan fry with mixed peppers and onion. Served with fresh leaf salad and mint sauce.

 

MAIN COURSE

 
   

BIRIYANI                                     Basmati Rice herbed with freshly ground Black Pepper, Bay Leaves and Cardamoms. Garnished with Chef’s unique Spiced Poppadom and Crispy Onions. Accompanied with our distinct Memsaab Sauce, a mixed Leaf Salad and a cool Mini Raita.                

Choice of Variant: - Chicken, Lamb, Prawns or Seasonal Vegetables.

 

DHABE DA MEAT                   Morsels of tender Young Lamb marinated with yoghurt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Simmered in a rich onion, tomato, ginger and garlic sauce. Finished with ginger juliennes.

 

 
 

METHI CHICKEN                 Cubes of chicken breast cooked with fenugreek leaf chopped ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chopped green chillies. Finish with Kasoori Methi.
