STARTERS

 
 

CHICKEN SUKHA               Cubes of Chicken fillets gently simmered in a sauce of julienne onion, ginger and tomato giving far more depth of flavour.  Added to which are crushed garlic, green chillies and a generous kick from toasted mustard seeds.  Finished with coconut and coriander to accentuate the flavour.                                                                                                                     

 
   

BEEF TAWA                     Succulent cubes of prime beef seared in a flat copper skillet and coated in a special tawa masala encouraging a smoky aroma.  Tossed with lightly sautéed onions, ginger, garlic and tomato to draw flavour and texture.  Finished with a measure of fresh coriander and served with a light lead salad.

ZAFRANI FISH                  Fillets of Fish marinated in a Turmeric Yoghurt with a blend of Indian Herbs & Spices. Grilled in our Tandoor Oven to flaky perfection. Served with a Leaf Salad and a Minty Sauce

 

MAIN COURSE

 
   

BIRIYANI                               Basmati rice herbed with freshly ground black pepper, bay leaves and cardomons.  Garnished with Chef’s unique spiced poppadom.  Accompanied with our distinct Memsaab yoghurt curry and a mixed leaf salad.     Choice of Variant: - Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Prawn or Seasonal Vegetables.

 

 

JUNGLEE LAMB MASALA    Cube of lamb fillets basted in a juicy marinade of  ginger, garlic and flaked-dry Kashmiri red chillies. Slow pot roasted in our tomato curry together with the stock to produce a sensational dish to be proud of!

 

 
 

 CHICKEN KOLAPURI            Chicken marinated in a paste of shredded ginger, tomato and crushed green chilli.  Sautéed in shallots till very tender and presented in smooth gravy. Garnished with coriander.
