Starters
 
Barbeque Beef
Fillet of Beef cubed and marinated in Lemon Juices, Ginger, Green Chillies and Barbeque Sauce to give a smoky aroma with a kick. Served with a mixed leaf salad.
Pickled Fish
 Fillets of Fish marinated in a Chutney of Homemade pickles and Turmeric Yoghurt with a blend of Indian Herbs & Spices. Grilled in our Tandoor Oven to flaky perfection. Served with a Leaf Salad and  a Minty Sauce.
Ostrich
Chunks of Ostrich seeped in citrus juices with Nutmeg, Cloves & Masala left overnight and then slowly cooked in our Tandoor. Served with Onion Salad and Mint.
 
Main Course
 
Punjabi Cod 
Delicate chunky bites of Cod Fillets simmered in a thin Tomato and Onion sauce, with fresh Ginger, Garlic, Chilli, Mustard Seeds and Fenugreek. Finished off with a generous hand of coriander and spring onion to taste.
Murgh Kali Mirch  
A smooth, buttery and spicy dish made with a generous combination of fried onion, garlic, ginger and chillies. Added to strips of Chicken highly flavoured with black pepper and cardamom powder. Finished with fresh coriander.
Dhabe Da Meat
Morsels of tender Lamb seasoned with chilli, tumeric, cumin, coriander powder and a pinch of salt. Simmered in a rich onion, tomato, ginger and garlic sauce. Finished with ginger juliennes. 
Biriyani
 Basmati Rice herbed with freshly ground Black Pepper, Bay Leaves and Cardamoms. Garnished with Chef’s unique Spiced Poppadom and Crispy Onions. Accompanied with our distinct Memsaab Sauce, a mixed Leaf Salad and a cool Mini Raita.
Choice of Variant: - Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Prawns or  Seasonal Vegetables.
Jeera Aloo
Soft - centred whole baby Potatoes chopped and coated in a light dressing of Olive oil, Toasted Cumin Seeds and Tumeric with a hint of Mint. Pan-fried with fresh Coriander leaves to a dry finish.
