Fillet of beef cubed and marinated in lemon juices, ginger, green chilli and barbeque sauce to give a smoky aroma with a kick. Served on a bed of fried onions and mix leaf salad.

Thigh Chicken 

succulent thigh chicken pieces in a thick sauce of ginger, garlic and brown onions. Flavoured with roasted cumin and ground Indian spices. Finished with fresh ginger and corriande.
